We are proud to announce that IOMED participated in the OHDSI Global Symposium 2024, held from October 22-24, in New Jersey, UK, where leaders from across the globe gathered to discuss the latest advancements in health data research and data standardization.

During the event, our CTO and co-founder, Gabriel Maeztu, presented a poster titled "Verification and validation framework for data captured with AI in the context of the OMOP CDM." This presentation focused on IOMED’s framework for capturing and validating clinical data with AI, specifically in alignment with the OMOP CDM (Common Data Model) framework. Key aspects included clinician-led data verification, evaluation of data capture quality, and an iterative process where AI models are re-trained based on feedback to continuously improve accuracy.

The symposium provided an invaluable platform for engaging with thought leaders and industry experts, allowing us to share our ongoing efforts in advancing data interoperability and seamless integration across systems. We look forward to continuing these critical conversations and contributing to the future of healthcare.
